We are looking for an independently workable Purchase & Inventory Manager capable of taking complete ownership of procurement, supplier development, material planning and inventory control for our manufacturing operations.
I would specifically target candidates experienced in electrical/electronic components, wiring-harness components, LV-panel components, sheet-metal parts and general engineering bought-outs. The person should be able to work from BOM/MRP, develop alternate vendors, negotiate prices/payment terms, maintain material availability, control ageing/excess inventory and ensure production never stops for material.
