Qualification:

Any Graduate

Experience:

3 years minimum

Responsibilities : -

- Handle end-to-end procurement of

CAPEX, infrastructure, engineering, and facility-related items for manufacturing plants.

- Manage procurement of machinery, electrical/mechanical items, civil works, HVAC, utilities, fabrication, plumbing, fire-fighting, and safety equipment

.

- Evaluate

RFQs, BOQs, technical specifications, quotations, and techno-commercial offers

.

- Identify, develop, and evaluate vendors; obtain competitive quotations and conduct commercial negotiations

.

- Prepare and release

Purchase Orders (POs)

as per company procedures and approvals.

- Monitor

CAPEX budgets, purchase commitments, delivery schedules, and project requirements

.

- Handle vendor follow-ups, warranty claims, replacements, and service-related issues.

- Support current plant setup, expansion, machine installation, relocation,



and modification projects

.

- Maintain procurement records including

RFQs, quotations, comparative statements, POs, invoices, and vendor documents

.

- Develop alternate vendors and drive cost optimization and reduction in procurement lead time

.

- Ensure procurement compliance with approved budgets, company policies, quality standards, and timelines

.

Required Skills:-

- Experience in

CAPEX, infrastructure, engineering, and project procurement

.

- Strong knowledge of vendor development, negotiation, BOQs, comparative statements, and PO processing

.

- Proficiency in

MS Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP; Power Query preferred)

and ERP/procurement software;

SAP Business One preferred
