Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing activities. The ideal candidate should have good vendor coordination and negotiation skills and preferably have experience in laundry, linen, healthcare, hospitality, facility management, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Source and coordinate with vendors for linen, laundry chemicals, consumables, PPE, spare parts, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor database, purchase records, quotations, and documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely procurement.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.
- Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Stores,



and other departments for purchase-related activities.
- Maintain proper MIS and purchase reports.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations will be an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in laundry, linen management, healthcare, hospitality, facility management, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
