Purchase Engineer – Civil | Gandhidham, Gujarat
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering – Mandatory
- Experience: 4–8 years in hardcore Civil Purchase/Procurement
- Reporting: HOD – Purchase / Procurement & Contract
- Core Role: End-to-end procurement, vendor development, RFQs, quotation analysis, negotiation, vendor finalisation, PO, and delivery follow-up.
- Materials: Steel, cement, aggregates, RMC, pipes, construction chemicals, waterproofing, finishing materials, etc.
- Skills: Robust negotiation, vendor management, rate analysis, cost optimisation, MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and procurement MIS.
- Preferred Background: Infrastructure / EPC / Construction / Industrial projects.
- Not Suitable: Candidates mainly from Site Execution, Stores, Inventory, QS, Billing, Planning, or Administration with limited purchase exposure.
- Power BI: Added advantage.
