Key Responsibilities

- Develop and write responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and other proposal opportunities.
- Review solicitation documents and identify key requirements, evaluation criteria, deliverables, and submission instructions.
- Develop proposal content including executive summaries, technical approaches, management approaches, staffing plans, company qualifications, and past performance.
- Collaborate with sales, recruiting, technical SMEs, management, and other internal teams to collect information and develop responses.
- Prepare and maintain proposal outlines, compliance matrices, response templates, and proposal schedules.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
- Edit and proofread proposals for grammar, formatting, consistency, and overall quality.
- Research clients, industries, and requirements to strengthen proposal responses.
- Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, company information, case studies, resumes, and past performance.
- Support preparation of capability statements, presentations, and other business development documents.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Proposal Writing / Proposal Development / Bid Management.
- Experience writing proposals for IT services,



consulting, staffing, or technology companies is preferred.
- Experience with U.S. Federal Government proposals is strongly preferred/required.
- Experience working with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, SOWs, PWS, and solicitation requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, editing, proofreading, and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements and convert them into transparent proposal content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Federal Proposal Experience Candidates with experience working on U.S. Federal Government proposals will be preferred. Experience with agencies such as DoD, DHS, HHS, VA, GSA, NIH, CDC, and other Federal agencies is a plus.

Knowledge of SAM.gov, FAR/DFARS, Federal procurement terminology, IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, and task-order proposals will be an advantage.
