Role & responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and process needs related to agitation and mixing.
- Design and select appropriate agitator configurations, including impellers, shafts, motors, gearboxes, and seals.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and cost estimates.
- Support the sales team in technical discussions and presentations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in proposal engineering, preferably in agitators or rotating equipment.
- Positive knowledge of mixing theory, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Sales-oriented approach with a strategic mindset.
