Property Sales Consultant – Commission BasedAbout the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic Property Sales Consultants to join our real estate sales team on a commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our properties, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential buyers through personal networks, referrals, online platforms, and other sources.
- Promote and explain the features, pricing, location, and benefits of our properties.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and support customers through the booking and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Stay updated about property projects, market conditions, pricing, and competitors.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
