Job Title: Proposal Engineer

Department: Design / Sales Support

Industry: Automation / Special Purpose Machines (SPM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Study RFQs, specifications, and drawings.
- Develop concept designs, layouts, and cost estimation.
- Prepare BOM and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Project teams for accurate costing.
- Support sales team during client discussions and technical presentations.
- Work on 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
- Ensure proposals meet technical feasibility and company standards.

Education & Experience:

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0.6 - 2 yrs experience in Automation / SPM industry.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
- Robust understanding of costing and proposal preparation
