Role & responsibilities

Strategies and implementation to achieve business plan and increase market share. Identifying projects and operates as the Head/lead for all matters

Prepares a business plan for launching a current project (CC, FC, SAF, Projects) after gathering necessary market and competition intelligence

Directly and through matrix organization, prospecting, targeting and soliciting new business accounts for all business segments of Projects key focus segments/across geographies

Achieving sales and profit contribution

Identify and development & deploy right set of applicators to executive supply and apply contracts as per approved specifications

Credit management, collection of statutory permits, forms and approvals before and after executing the projects

Secure approvals from builders & Architects

Trouble shooting, trail activities for products approval by effectively managing through the team and also introduction of prospective customers





Manage relationship

Documentation, improvements, prepare reports and generate testimonies with the support of team as proof of performance

Market intelligence, identifying future growth opportunities, data analysis, business reports To develop trust and long term relationship with portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Acquiring through understanding of customer needs and requirements

Overseeing customer account management including negotiating contracts and agreement to maximize profit

Segment the customers and revamping/realigning

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

Resolve any issues and challenges. Sort out customer complaints immediately to maintain trust
