- 10+ years of overall experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, HR Transformation, Payroll Transformation, ERP Implementation, or Shared Services programs.
- Proven experience leading large-scale HR, Payroll, HCM, Time & Attendance, Advantages, Compensation, Workforce Administration, or Finance transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery across requirement gathering, process design, system implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Experience working with enterprise HR and payroll platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleStrong, SAP HCM, ADP, Ramco, or similar solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering automation and digital transformation programs involving multiple business functions and vendors.
- Experience in managing system integrations between HR, Payroll, Finance, ERP, Banking, Attendance, and Third-Party applications.
- Prior experience in employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, payroll processing, final settlement, reimbursements, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
