CTRLRoom Systems is looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of political digital campaigns and client projects.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple political and digital communication projects from planning to execution.

Coordinate with Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, Video, Research and Field Teams.

Create project timelines, task lists and daily/weekly execution plans.

Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, political teams and internal teams.

Track campaign activities, deadlines and pending tasks.

Conduct regular team follow-ups and resolve execution bottlenecks.

Manage campaign requirements during rallies, events, public meetings and important political activities.





Prepare project status updates and performance reports.

Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams.

?️ Requirement s

Professional Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory

. Punjab-based candidates only

. Strong understanding of Punjab’s social and political environment

. Excellent communication, coordination and team-management skills

. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

. Experience in political consulting, digital marketing, social media, advertising or campaign management is preferred

. Freshers may apply if they demonstrate exceptional coordination and project-management skills
