We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing data, analytics, digital, and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, along with a good understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data & analytics ecosystems.

The candidate will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a strong combination of project management, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical understanding of data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, development, QA, cloud, and business teams.
- Manage project resources, capacity, priorities, and dependencies to ensure effective delivery.
- Lead project governance and stakeholder meetings, providing regular updates on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and delivery dependencies, escalating when required
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
- Manage projects involving GCP, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, digital analytics implementation, data integration, reporting, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, scope, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure appropriate alignment between data collection, processing, integration, analytics implementation,



and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as applicable.
- Track project progress against milestones and proactively identify potential delivery gaps.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear and timely communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- Support resource planning, prioritization, and allocation across multiple projects.
- Ensure appropriate adherence to data security, privacy, compliance, and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and team effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, delivery quality, and stakeholder experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably across data, analytics, digital, cloud, or technology projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience managing projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.

Technical & Analytics Knowledge:

- Positive understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and related data services
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, including digital analytics implementation, data collection, reporting, and measurement concepts.




- Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform / Customer Journey Analytics is an advantage.
- Understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and analytics reporting.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or other BI/reporting platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams without necessarily being required to perform hands-on development or engineering.

Project Management Skills:

- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
- Strong RAID management and risk/issue resolution skills.
- Experience with change management and scope management.
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage expectations across technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to project decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or global organizations.
- Experience managing digital transformation, analytics migration, cloud adoption, or data modernization initiatives.
- Experience with vendor/partner management and commercial or budget tracking.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
