- 10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning/Management, with minimum 1year strong hands-on experience in o9 Solutions.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain transformation and implementation projects using o9.
- Robust understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;/IBP, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, MRP and Supply Chain Control Tower.
- Lead projects from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare and production support.
- Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors and business users across the complete project lifecycle.
- Experience in o9 implementation/u
- pgrade projects, including integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of o9 platform architecture, workflows,



planning models, KPIs, analytics and integration capabilities.
- Drive project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with business, functional, technical and integration teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project management, sprint planning, status reporting and issue/risk management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
