Role &

responsibilities :

1. Lead multidisciplinary engineering/EPCM projects from concept to commissioning.

2. Manage project schedule, cost, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery.

3. Serve as the primary client interface and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.

4. Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and ensure quality compliance.

5. Drive project governance, performance tracking, and digital/AI-enabled execution.

6. Support proposal development, project planning, and business growth initiatives.

7. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in Engineering Consultancy/EPCM projects.

2. Strong expertise in project management, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

3. Experience managing large multidisciplinary projects in Metals, Power, Mining, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry.

4. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and digital project management tools.

5. Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
