Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage defence projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee production operations, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing processes.

- Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets for defense-related projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 20-25 years of experience in defence or military industry with expertise in project management.

- Robust understanding of delivery management principles and practices.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects from concept to execution.

- Experience in production management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing processes.
