Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise interior fit-out works at project sites.

- Coordinate civil, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, furniture, electrical, HVAC and MEP works.

- Prepare and check BOQ, quantity measurements, RA bills and material requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

- Monitor manpower, material and daily site progress.

- Handle site inspections, snagging and rectification works.

- Maintain project documentation, DPR, measurement sheets and related records.

- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at site.
