Role & responsibilities The Project Delivery Lead supports the Project Management team by managing assigned projects with specific focus on office, logistics/industrial/data center, living, and hospitality sectors. This role serves as an effective and proactive single point of contact with clients, taking ownership of issues until their positive resolution while coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. The Project Delivery Leadensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, and measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. The role requires effective management of relationships with clients and all stakeholders, performing risk management to minimize project risks, and establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties and vendors. The Project Delivery Lead creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, meets with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project, and reports and escalates to management as needed.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the effective and proactive single point of contact with clients
- Take full ownership of issues and drive them to positive resolution
- Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify project specifications
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and all project stakeholders
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely status updates
- Report and escalate critical matters to management as needed

Project Planning & Delivery

- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines,



and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to monitor and track progress
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress against milestones and deadlines
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

Financial & Resource Management

- Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures effectively
- Track and control project costs to maintain financial objectives
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects and priorities

Risk & Quality Assurance

- Identify project risks and issues proactively
- Develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impact project delivery
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and action logs
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
- Maintain organized records for audit and knowledge transfer purposes

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (required)
- Additional qualifications in Business, Project Management, or related fields are advantageous

Professional Experience





- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar project management role
- Proven track record managing projects in office, logistics/industrial/data center, living, or hospitality sectors
- Experience in complex construction site projects is considered a plus
- Contract management experience will be a plus

Certifications

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is preferred
- Interest in and knowledge of sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL) is valued

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management principles, best practices, methods, and tools
- Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Competency in budget management and financial tracking

Language Skills

- Effective operational proficiency in English (written and verbal)
