Role Description The Project Coordinator – Interior and Fit-out is a full-time, on-site role based in Mundra. This position is responsible for coordinating interior and fit-out activities across project stages, ensuring work is executed as per design, quality standards, and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project progress, preparing and updating work schedules, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants, and supporting site teams with timely information and materials.

The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting in quantity checks and documentation, and maintaining accurate records of site activities, reports, and approvals.

Coordinator also supports issue resolution, helps ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and provides regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Experiance: 2-3 Years in Interior and Fit-out Works

Qualifications

- Robust project coordination skills, including scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation for interior and fit-out works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and site teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic project management or construction-related digital tools; familiarity with data-driven workflows is an advantage.
- Understanding of construction site practices, safety norms, and compliance requirements for interior and fit-out projects.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in interior and fit-out coordination or similar roles in construction/real estate projects is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- CEPT and NICMAR University Candiates preffered
