Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to support the successful execution of large-scale Campus Recruitment Programs for key enterprise customers. The incumbent will independently manage the operational execution of assigned campuses and hire workstreams while supporting the Program Manager in ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions, client Talent Acquisition teams, internal delivery functions, and candidates to ensure seamless execution of campus hiring activities including registrations, assessments, interviews, offer management, onboarding support, and business unit allocations.

The incumbent will own assigned deliverables, maintain program MIS, monitor project timelines, proactively resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to defined processes and service level commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end campus hiring activities across assigned institutions.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement teams, clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, onboarding,



and candidate tracking.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure seamless execution of recruitment events and adherence to hiring processes.
- Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Program Coordination, or Recruitment Operations.
- Solid understanding of the campus hiring lifecycle and large-scale recruitment programs.
- Experience managing hiring volumes of 300+ candidates annually.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.
