- Maintaining product recipe and standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Planning and supervision of man power during shift Making sure that production facilities are clean and when appropriate and disinfected.
- Feeling and reviewing daily log sheets and daily verification records.
- Co-ordinates with other department personals for smooth operations and manufacturing activities.
- Ensure that result of all in process test are included with log sheet.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S in workplace.
- Ensure that all operators and helpers are working with proper PPEs.
