Key Responsibilities:

- Operate SPMs as per defined Standard Work / Work Instruction

- Monitor machine operations to detect issues and make necessary adjustments.

- Learning and Assisting in Production

- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines to avoid downtime.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of production schedules.

- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.

- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.

- Conduct basic repairs and report any major technical issues to the maintenance team.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine performance and minimize waste.

- Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production

- ITI in Fitter / Turner / Machinist /





- Mechanical aptitude with valuable hand-eye coordination.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

- Basic understanding of tooling

Behavioural Requirements: -

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Strong analytical & problem-Solving skills.

- 5S Knowledge Familiarity with the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.

- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for machine operation.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Conditions:

- The position requires working in shifts, including nights.
- Standard Industry Working time

- Standing during shift working time and lifting Industrial ergonomic allowable objects may be required.
