Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor workers.

- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

- Maintain product quality and reduce defects.

- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.

- Coordinate with the production, stores, and dispatch teams.

- Ensure machines and equipment are used safely.

- Maintain daily production reports and attendance.

- Follow safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace.

- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.

- Good leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage a team of workers.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
