Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production / Project Manager to manage manufacturing operations, production planning, project coordination and cost estimation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely production, productive resource utilization, quality, safety and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production activities and schedules.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and production targets.
- Lead production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely delivery of products/projects.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality and Project teams.
- Prepare production reports, MIS and performance analysis.
- Prepare cost estimates, material/labour costing and project budgets.
- Review drawings, technical specifications and project requirements for costing.




- Support value engineering and process optimization.
- Use SAP/ERP systems for production and operational management.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Production / Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role..
- Experience in cost estimation, costing and project coordination.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and process improvement.
- Strong team handling, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Engineering graduate with strong manufacturing/production experience.
- Candidates from industrial manufacturing, fabrication, machinery or engineering industries preferred.
- Should have hands-on experience managing production teams, projects and costing activities.
- Candidates who can join within a reasonable notice period will be preferred.
