PPC Engineer Experience: 2–5 Years Job Location: Dheu, Pune Interview Location: Bhosari, Pune Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor production planning and schedules as per customer requirements. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Plan production activities based on material availability, machine capacity and delivery schedules.

Monitor daily production status and ensure timely completion of planned orders. Prepare and maintain production planning, scheduling and MIS reports. Track work orders, production progress and pending activities.

Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of raw materials. Monitor inventory, material consumption and production requirements. Identify production delays, bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.

Maintain proper PPC records, reports and documentation.



Support management in achieving production targets and on-time delivery. Ensure effective coordination between planning and shop-floor activities.

Required

SkillsGood knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).

Experience in manufacturing / fabrication production planning. Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to handle production schedules and priorities. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material planning and inventory control. QualificationDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
