Job Purpose The Production Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the production function, ensuring that production requirements are achieved on time while maintaining required quality, productivity, efficiency, cost control, and delivery standards.

The role requires strong ownership of production performance, effective team management, and the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production activities as per company requirements.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Prepare production plans based on orders, manpower, materials, capacity, and delivery schedules.
- Effectively plan, allocate, and utilize manpower across production activities.
- Monitor employee productivity and take necessary actions to improve performance.
- Maintain required product quality standards throughout the production process.
- Monitor and control production wastage, material usage, and production costs.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of production orders.
- Identify production bottlenecks, delays, and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and Management to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure availability of required materials, manpower, machines, and other production resources.
- Monitor machine and equipment requirements and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain accurate daily production records, reports, and performance data.




- Review production performance against planned requirements and take corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a disciplined, productive, and productive production team.
- Train, guide, and motivate production employees to improve productivity and work standards.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, production processes, safety requirements, and workplace discipline.
- Identify opportunities for improving production efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
- Provide regular production performance updates to Management.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on and result-oriented Production Manager who can take complete ownership of the production function, manage manpower and resources effectively, resolve production challenges, and ensure that the required output is achieved within the required time, quality, and cost standards. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
