Technical Requirements:

- Organizing job trainings to the Team members, and workers on the products.
- Assign daily workload to the team members. Weekly Production Meeting to conduct.
- Monitoring the manpower, raw materials, capital, inventory and tool equipment’s on timely basis.
- Schedule equipment maintenance on regular basis with proper coordination with maintenance Team.
- Liaising among different department to ensure to be ready on time for the dispatch.
- Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
- Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Monthly rejection in machine to record and the same to monitor.
- Investigate production issues, executing research and development (R & D) on new components / Products and develop resolutions.
- Ensure that all workers maintain 5S in the organization.
- Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for production.
- Develop production programs and guidelines to support company objectives.
- Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.




- Operating with Long term capacity decision which involves a long-term commitment to the organization for better product quality and productivity.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Extracting and submitting the daily, weekly and monthly projects reports to the production head on regular basis.
- Monitoring workers performance and resolving issues on time-to-time basis for the smooth flow of work workplace.
- Well versed with Trace and Track software mandatory.
- Well versed with production Planning software.
- Ensure the team members and workers follows company policies and avoid industrial accidents with safety precautions and standards.
- Monitoring entire production activities of Bangalore region which involves. Cabinetry, Assembly.
- Organizing demo’s with sales teams on newly arrived components and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the products.
- Solving technical doubts of sales team and other regions.
- Sound knowledge of operating machines.

Sourcing Channels Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
