Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage production Manufacturing and packing operations and team independently in compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirement, quality standards.

Responsible for production planning, productivity targets, Schedule adherence and the customer commitment.

Responsible for review and assist of the BMR, BPR, Protocols, various reports as per the requirement.

Valuable command on the equipment qualifications, Product validations and trouble shooting.

Responsible to handle and troubleshoot OSD Formulation issue of Granulation , Compression, Blister packing, Bottle packing operations, Auto-cartonating, serialization and coding technologies independently.

Exposure to SAP, SCADA, 21 CFR etc.

Familiar with Validations, Deviation, change control, risk assessment and various QMS documents.

Exposure to various audits like US-FDA, EU-GMP, TGA, WHO and customer audits etc.

Additional Exposure

Exposure to OSD Manufacturing of Veterinary division like Granulation, Compression, Packing will add advantage to the role.
