- Experience in calcium chloride plant only.
- To handle entire plant operations.
- To manage contract labour for production activity.
- To look after timely dispatch of material (exports).
- To handle the troubleshooting in shift operations.
- Maintain batch production records, log book and register for proper documentation.
- Responsible for adherence to SOPs for all plant operations.
- Execute the daily planned and scheduled work for completing the production plan.
