We are conducting a Massive Bulk Hiring Drive for Production line associate at our manufacturing facility in Chengalpattu. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking candidates to join our growing production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production-line machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure required quality standards.
- Assist with packaging, sorting, and inventory-related activities on the shop floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow company safety guidelines and production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Report machine issues, quality problems, or production-related concerns to the supervisor.
Shift Timings
- A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- C Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Salary & Earnings
- Gross Salary: ₹16,166 per month
- Attendance Incentive: ₹1,000 per month
- Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹19,546 per month, including applicable attendance bonus
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per night shift
- Overtime Pay: ₹125 per hour
- Applicable deductions: PF, ESI, food and transport as per company policy

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Physically fit to perform shop-floor/production activities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
