- Managing the shift activities and manpowers involved in the production activities.
- Handling the Operational and Chemical reaction batch, handling the hazardous chemicals and various operational equipments like vacuum distillation, distillation and extraction.
- Responsible for planning and execution of Monthly production schedules.
- Prepare production plan and to co-ordinate production manager.
- Documentation of production records as per ISO 9001 requirements.
- Optimize the usage of process equipment.
- Support, comply and ensure compliance with Health Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
- Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for shift production.
