Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily production activities. Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality standards. Maintain production records and reports. Troubleshoot production-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments. Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures. Support process optimization to improve productivity and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) and ITI – Mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant production/manufacturing experience will be preferred. Basic knowledge of production processes and quality systems. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented workplace.
Preferred Skills Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to analyze and resolve production issues. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
