Role & responsibilities

- Monitor installation and commissioning activities of the new Peroxide XLPE plant.

- Manage shift operations across compound manufacturing processes, including extrusion, liquid injection, automation, and SCADA-controlled systems.

- Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

- Monitor OEE, scrap generation, downtime, and implement corrective actions for process improvement.

- Conduct batch-wise testing, maintain traceability, and ensure compliance with formulation standards.

- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Utilities, and R&D; teams to ensure smooth operations and product quality.

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, inventory control, and resource optimization initiatives.

- Lead a team of operators and helpers while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Seeking energetic professionals with hands-on experience in XLPE compounding and shift operations to be part of a new Peroxide XLPE manufacturing project at Alwar.

- Candidates having exposure in Cable & Wire Manufacturing, XLPE Compound Manufacturing, Polymer Processing, Plastic Compounding, Electrical Cable Industry are preferred.
