PRODUCTION ENGINEER
STELZ Multiparking Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Bengaluru.
? Position: Production Engineer
? Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
? Experience: 1–4 Years
? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering
? Employment Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities• Plan and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores & Quality teams
- Supervise fabrication, machining, welding & assembly processes
- Monitor material utilization, manpower & machine efficiency
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Skills✔ Production planning & manufacturing processes
✔ Engineering drawings & BOM understanding
✔ AutoCAD & MS Excel
✔ ERP/MRP knowledge
✔ Fabrication & mechanical assembly knowledge
✔ Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
