Role Summary / Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for developing new technology to meet the needs of our customers as well as internal technical strategies by performing the following duties.
- Engineer for the production facility
- Coordinator for the production process.
Duties and Responsibilities of Production Engineer:
- To assist and complete production processes, in line with in the schedules and deadlines.
- Work with production team to develop, evaluate, and optimize cost-effective production processes.
- Together necessary and useful information on ways to improve the companys product and process methods
- Co-ordinate with manufacturing and quality teams in maintaining of Design History File, Device Master Record, and other required design transfer data and systems to ensure integrity and quality of submitted data.
- Together compile and supply technical information to the superior and subordinates.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve production troubles, and provide technical information.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
- Perform and write validations of product, processes and equipment. Work with quality team to ensure all appropriate validations are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise contractors and keeping them up to speed
Qualifications / Requirements: Experience : 2 5 years
Education : D.M.E & B.E (Mechanical) - Preferred
Industrial Type : Manufacturing / Industrial/ Production/ Machinery.

Skills Required:
- Analytical and creative thinking, flexibility, communicability;
- Fluency in English, Tamil
- Focus on achieving the target.

- Attitude to learn
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good computer related skills
- Valuable social and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP is preferable.
