- Handle daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Monitor gearbox manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and PPC departments.
- Maintain production reports and minimize rejection and rework.
- Implement 5S and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in gearbox manufacturing or mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of machining, gearbox assembly, and engineering drawings.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience: 2-5 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
