*Plan organization and execution: Use production plan management logic and PDCA tools, follow SMART principle and time management requirements to decompose production plans and work tasks and follow up to achieve goals.

*Problem analysis and solution: Using 5Why, 5A and other tools and methods, the routine problems in production site can be quickly solved through Mini Win-Win platform, and the problems can be quickly solved to resume production.

Communication and coordination: Familiar with the process responsibilities and emotional management methods of each team, and use communication skills and winning expression to achieve team goals. Role & Responsibilities :

1. Planning, organization and coordination:

1. According to the PMC work order and the actual production situation, arrange and implement the production plan of this workshop to ensure the production schedule and delivery time;
2. Feedback abnormal production problems in time, and cooperate with ME, PRJ, QA, IE and other departments to jointly solve and control abnormal problems; Major anomalies are upgraded and handled in time according to the process;
3. Reasonably allocate personnel and equipment, adjust production layout and corresponding tools, and improve production efficiency;
4. Actively participate in lean improvement activities, carry out Finshmark, SGA, IKW and special follow-up, and improve OEE and UPH.

1. Site management and process control

Promote 5S field management system and realize standardized management of production workshop; Control the discipline and operation of field personnel;
2. Regularly inspect and assess the 5S implementation of workshop employees, implement rewards and punishments, and ensure the implementation of the system;
3. Implement the company's execution projects and investigate hidden dangers such as CTR/CTS;
4. Analyze the cost consumption of workshop and formulate operable cost control methods;
5. Improve the excellent rate and utilization rate of the process and reduce scrapping; Ensure quality control and eliminate customer complaints;
6. Accuracy of data, mainly the accuracy of all kinds of statements and inventory. Reduce overdue or sluggish inventory;
