Product Manager / Project Manager – K–6 EdTech

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product/Project Manager with robust experience in developing and launching K–6 learning products and solutions.

The ideal candidate should have direct experience building educational products for Grade 1–6 learners and be comfortable working across content, pedagogy, instructional design, technology, creative, animation, QA, and product development teams.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the complete product/project lifecycle from concept and planning to development, QA and launch.
- Work closely with content, instructional design, graphic, animation and technology teams to develop engaging learning products.
- Drive the development of K–6 digital learning programs, courses, English/Maths learning solutions or similar products.
- Ensure products are aligned with age-appropriate pedagogy, learning objectives and user requirements.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, resources, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
- Review product/content quality and ensure readiness for launch.
- Identify gaps, solve execution challenges and drive projects toward successful delivery.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and implementation.

What We’re Looking For




- Prior EdTech industry experience is essential.
- Hands-on experience developing and delivering K–6 learning products or educational solutions.
- Experience with English Labs, Maths programs, creative courses, digital learning products or similar K–6 solutions.
- Strong understanding of K–6 pedagogy, educational content, technology and product development.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams involving content, instructional design, creative/graphics, animation and technology.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management and execution skills.
- Ability to take ownership and independently drive projects from idea to launch.

Important This role is specifically for candidates who have actually contributed to developing and delivering relevant K–6 EdTech products.

Candidates with only generic project management experience, without relevant EdTech product development experience, may not be considered.
