Role Description

We are looking for a Product Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in product engineering, software development, application development, backend development, frontend development, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, automation, user-focused digital products, and modern software-development practices.

The Product Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, product, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software products, internal platforms, applications, APIs, databases, workflows, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, or Go, along with web frameworks, databases, REST APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, version-control systems, product analytics, and other technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in product engineering, software engineering, software development, application development, backend development, frontend development, full-stack development, web development, SaaS products, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Product Software Engineer, Product Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer,



Application Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Frontend Engineer, Frontend Developer, Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Web Developer, Associate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, Go, or a similar language.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, exception handling, debugging, software architecture, and application-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, tables, relationships, joins, indexes, transactions, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to product-development lifecycles, feature development, user stories, requirements gathering, bug fixing, releases, product improvements, or customer-focused software development will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, scalable applications, service-oriented architecture, or event-driven systems will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, Postman,



Cypress, Playwright, API testing, unit testing, integration testing, or similar testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, asynchronous processing, messaging systems, or event-driven applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, application security, API security, secure coding, or identity-management concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to product analytics, user behavior analysis, dashboards, A/B testing, feature tracking, performance monitoring, or feedback-driven product improvement will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, internal tools, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, product backlogs, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand user and business requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly software products.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, product-development project, software project, backend project, frontend project, full-stack project, API project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time product software experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, product-development methods, databases, cloud platforms, and modern software-engineering practices.
