We are looking for a "curious, structured and proactive candidate" to work closely with our Product/Business Lead on real product and business initiatives. This is a fresher/junior position.
This is a "hands-on role" where you will experience the journey from:
"Problem Idea Requirement Development Testing Launch"
What you will do
- Understand and research customer/business problems
- Help define product features and requirements
- Prepare PRDs, workflows and user stories
- Work with design and technology teams
- Break initiatives into tasks and milestones
- Track progress, dependencies and risks
- Follow up on action items and deliverables
- Support testing, documentation and product improvement
