Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong exposure to Capital Markets, Broking, Trading, or Settlement Systems. The ideal candidate should have experience managing products in an Agile/Scrum environment, with an understanding of AI/ML and GenAI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI/ML and GenAI-powered products.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, data science, QA, DevOps and operations teams.
- Define product KPIs, success metrics and business outcomes.




- Manage product backlog and prioritize features throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Data Science/ML teams on AI models, features and model performance.
- Participate in product discovery, design, development, testing, UAT and launch.
- Use Python and SQL for basic data exploration and validation.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for product usage, model performance and business metrics.
- Ensure products comply with applicable data governance, security and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs, product demos, stakeholder communication and sign-offs.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager.
- Strong experience in Capital Markets, Broking, Trading, Financial Services or Settlement Systems.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile/Scrum.
- Exposure to AI/ML/GenAI products is required.
- Positive communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
