Exp: 8-10 Years

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality business pro cesses.

· Possess hands-on knowledge of Oracle OPERA PMS or equivalent PMS platforms.

· Engage with customers, hotel operators, business teams, and internal stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements.

· 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a closely related role.

· Solid experience in the Hospitality / Hotel Technology domain.

· Hands-on knowledge of Oracle OPERA PMS or equivalent PMS products.

· Strong understanding of hotel Front Office operations.

· Experience with hotel billing/invoicing, reconciliation, settlements, and approval work flows.

· Experience working with SaaS products and multi-customer environments.

· Knowledge of PMS, POS, Payment Gateways, ERP/Accounting systems

· Experience with Oracle OPERA Cloud or other modern cloud PMS platforms.

· Knowledge of hospitality APIs and integration patterns.

· Experience with SaaS / multi-tenant products.

· Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
