We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to own end-to-end product delivery for assigned App and Web digital journeys. The role will drive product requirements, roadmap, Agile delivery, UAT, release governance and post-live performance, while working closely with Business, Technology, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned App & Web digital journeys from requirement discovery to go-live and post-launch optimization.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into product roadmaps, backlogs, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, customer experience, regulatory requirements and technology feasibility.
- Partner with Business, IT, UI/UX, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to drive timely product delivery.
- Manage Agile sprints, dependencies, risks, defects, scope changes and delivery milestones.
- Drive UAT, defect closure, stakeholder sign-offs and release readiness.
- Monitor post-live performance through funnel conversion, drop-offs, feature adoption and business KPIs.
- Identify customer friction points and drive improvements to enhance customer experience,



digital adoption and conversion.
- Prepare project updates, governance reports, risk trackers and escalation notes for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technology vendors/implementation partners wherever required.
- Guide team members on requirements, UAT, delivery tracking and product governance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Platforms, Digital Lending, Customer Experience or Product Delivery.
- Experience in BFSI / FinTech / Digital Lending / Consumer Internet preferred.
- Strong understanding of App & Web customer journeys and digital product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in Product Backlog, BRD, User Stories, Agile/Scrum, UAT and Release Management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, Technology, Design, Analytics, Operations and Compliance.
- Experience in digital funnel analysis, KPI monitoring, conversion and feature adoption.
- Solid customer-centric, analytical and execution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and project governance skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring product/delivery teams is an added advantage.
