Job Position - Product Design Consultant (Preferably experienced in interior industry)

Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Location – Sarjapura, Bengaluru

Industry - Premium Natural Stones, Marble, Granite, Tiles & Interior Solutions

Language Preferred - English, Hindi & Kannada

Job Role:

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Product Designer who can not just develop innovative product concepts but also confidently present and sell those ideas to clients . This is a client-facing role that combines design expertise with consultative sales, requiring someone who enjoys solving customer problems and building strong relationships .

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design-

- Design innovative and functional product concepts based on client requirements.
- Create sketches and presentations
- Research design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure concepts are practical and production-ready.
- Refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Client Engagement & Sales-

- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
- Present product concepts in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Explain design decisions,



features, advantages, and value propositions.
- Handle client objections and modify proposals where required.
- Build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate commercial discussions in coordination with management.
- Drive projects from concept presentation to order confirmation and closure.

Business Development-

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience presenting concepts to clients and handling customer interactions.

Skills Required:

- Strong design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
