Position: Printing Executive

Location: Umbergaon

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day UV DTF Printing, Bottle Printing, Foiling, and other printing operations.
- Operate and handle printing-related equipment and processes as per production requirements.
- Ensure printing jobs are completed as per approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Check artwork, print quality, colour, alignment, positioning, finishing, and overall appearance of printed products.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Packing, and other concerned departments for smooth execution of printing jobs.
- Maintain proper records of daily printing production, rejection, wastage, and job status.
- Monitor the usage of printing materials, inks, foils, consumables, and other materials.
- Identify printing defects or operational issues and coordinate for timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper handling, basic upkeep, and cleanliness of printing machines, computers,



and the work area.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards in the printing area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and other operational reports as required by Management.
- Perform any other responsibilities related to printing operations as assigned by Management.

Required Skills
- Must Have: Good computer operating knowledge.
- Good to Have: Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other design related software.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify printing and quality defects.
- Ability to maintain production records and prepare basic reports.
- Willingness to learn and handle different printing technologies and processes.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
