Job Summary

Directly oversee daily press shop operations, ensure target output, manage press operators, and maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily press machine operations (mechanical/hydraulic presses) to achieve production targets.

Ensure proper die loading, press setup, and raw material positioning.

Supervise machine operators, monitor line output, and minimize scrap generation.

Maintain 5S, safety protocols, and proper machine upkeep in coordination with maintenance.

Key Qualifications:



Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years in a press shop workplace.

Practical understanding of sheet metal stamping, press operations, dies, and safety.

Strong leadership, communication, and manpower management skills.
