Responsibilities and Duties

- Understand client requirements and assist in identifying suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
- Conduct client and industry research to support pre-sales activities.
- Translate client requirements into clear solution briefs and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for proposals.
- Assist in preparing customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Support the preparation of scope of work,



quotations, and other pre-sales documents.
- Participate in client calls and meetings to understand requirements and assist with follow-ups.
- Maintain records of proposals, opportunities, and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, action items, and follow-up documentation.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and demonstrations of relevant services.
- Stay updated on the company’s consulting, advisory, and digital marketing service offerings.

Required Qualifications

- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Robust presentation and documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn about consulting, solution development, and pre-sales.
