Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, creative and energetic Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a happy, safe and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for teaching basic concepts, conducting activities, managing the classroom and supporting the overall development of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily classroom sessions for pre-primary children.
- Teach basic concepts such as Alphabets, Numbers, Phonics, Colours, Shapes, Rhymes and General Awareness.
- Plan and conduct fun, interactive and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Conduct drawing, colouring, art & craft, storytelling, rhymes, music, dance, puzzles and games.
- Encourage children to actively participate in classroom activities.
- Develop children's communication, social, cognitive and motor skills through play-based learning.
- Maintain a safe, clean and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Handle children with patience, care and a positive attitude.
- Maintain classroom discipline in a friendly and appropriate manner.
- Observe children's learning, behaviour and participation and provide individual attention wherever required.
- Maintain attendance and basic records related to children's activities and progress.
- Communicate with parents regarding children's daily activities,



learning and development whenever required.
- Participate in school events, celebrations and special activities.
- Coordinate with other teachers and management for smooth classroom functioning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children during school hours.
- Perform other teaching and child-care-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- NTT, NPTT, Montessori, ECCE or Early Childhood Education qualification will be preferred.
- Previous experience as a Pre-Primary / Nursery / Preschool Teacher will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a genuine interest in working with young children may also apply.
