Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based and play-based learning for preschool children. Support children’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical and motor development. Implement the preschool curriculum through creative activities, storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music and sensory play.

Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a secure, positive and inclusive learning environment. Observe and document children’s learning, development and progress. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress, behaviour and classroom activities.

Prepare classroom resources, displays and learning materials. Participate in school events, celebrations, field activities and other centre initiatives.



Collaborate with the Centre Head and teaching team to ensure smooth day-to-day classroom operations.

Candidate Profile

Qualification in Montessori / NTT / ECCE / Early Childhood Education / Preschool Education or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in preschool, nursery, kindergarten or early childhood education preferred. Strong communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills. Creative, patient, energetic and genuinely passionate about working with young children.

Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Candidates with experience in Montessori methodology, activity-based learning or play-based learning will be preferred.
