Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MBA / Relevant Qualification
We are looking for an experienced PPIC professional with strong hands-on experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing, particularly Tablets & Capsules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on demand and business priorities.
- Prepare batch-wise manufacturing and packing schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of RM/PM and coordinate with Stores, Purchase and SCM.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and SCM for smooth execution of production plans.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and follow up on delays and bottlenecks.
- Monitor WIP, finished goods and inventory levels.
- Support capacity planning and optimize machine/utilization for Tablets & Capsules.
- Monitor batch status,
testing and release to ensure timely production and dispatch.
- Prepare PPIC MIS, production reports, planning trackers and management reports.
- Manage inventory planning and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Drive effective production planning and material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and company procedures.
- Lead and guide the PPIC team for effective planning and execution.
Candidate Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in PPIC / Production Planning within Pharma OSD manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to Tablets & Capsules.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, batch scheduling, material planning and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience in capacity planning and production scheduling.
- Robust coordination, analytical, problem-solving and team-handling skills.
