Eastman Cast & Forge Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Engineer – PPC to lead production planning and control across our manufacturing operations.

Location: Ludhiana

Department: PPC

Designation: Sr. Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Preferred Industry : Hand Tools / Power Tools / Fasteners / Automotive / Pumps / Agriculture Components

CTC: Upto 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

*Production Plan must be maintained via SAP

*Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer delivery timelines and demand forecasts

*Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure material and capacity availability

*Monitor daily/weekly production progress against plan and address deviations proactively





*Manage raw material and WIP inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess stock

*Prepare and update production schedules, capacity plans, and load balancing across shop floor

*Track order status and ensure timely execution of customer/OEM delivery schedules

*Analyze production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments

*Prepare MIS reports on production planning, adherence to schedule, and delivery performance

*Support recent product introduction and trial coordination from a planning perspective

*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production efficiency
